God of Miracles (2)

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Ezekiel 3-4
TEXT: “And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad, for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him”. Luke 23 :8
No matter the situation you are in, never be downcast but be hopeful and expectant because the God we serve is a God of miracles and He will give you another testimony of His awesome goodness.
There was a sad situation in the city of Nain. A widow’s only son that was dead was being carried out and she was weeping among the much people that went with her. To them the situation is concluded. She had earlier lost her husband and now her only son.
But something miraculous happened. Jesus the God of miracles came to the city of Nain at that exact time and he met the procession and turned the widow’s condition to joy. He told the widow not to weep and raised her son back to life Luke 7 :11 – 16.
There was also another situation in Luke 11; a man called Lazarus whom Jesus loved was sick and he eventually died. He was in the tomb for four days before Jesus showed up. At that time, everyone including the two sisters of Lazarus thought it was over with him.
And when he asked that the stone be taken away, Martha, the sister said, “Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days”. But Jesus, the God of miracles brought him back to life and many of Jews which came to Mary believed on Him.
Are you ready to experience the miraculous? Then be expectant knowing that the resurrected Christ seated in glory is available by His Holy Spirit and does tremendous miracles today. He is the God of miracles and wherever is anointing is resident, there are miracles. Begin to tell the Lord the miracle you desire today.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray now, do a miracle in my life (specify it).
