All For Your Good (2)

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Jeremiah 3-4

TEXT:“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8 :28.

Truthfully speaking, at the time of certain unpleasant happenings in one’s life, as human, it is not easy to fathom why one had to go through such things. But as a child of God born of the Spirit with a great destiny, you do not view that situation carnally, but with the eyes of the Spirit understanding this truth and declaring it that it is working together for your good, that if God permits it, there is a divine lesson He wants you to learn from it and there is a glory He wants to reveal in your life.

In storms, therefore, be at peace, it is part of the package of the Christian race, which is common to man. Though the devil throws them at believer to stampede and truncate his destiny but unknown to him God who is the grand master and strategist far ahead of Him, had, mapped out a way of escape for the redeemed in every storm (1 Cor. 10:13) and had also deposited in them His grace to go through and overcome every storm. 2 Cor. 12 :9;.

What is needed of every child of God during storm is to seek the way of escape in God and do what is needful.

However, storms may come, there are standards that the Holy Ghost will lift up against them. Isaiah 59 :19;, “When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” To cheaply overcome storms is to operate by the Spirit and allowing him the Holy Ghost takeover by praying in tongues. When the Holy Ghost takes over, you enjoy unexplainable peace despite the outward display of the storm because the storm had been handled in the realm of the spirit. And shortly like a dream, the storm will fade away just like the fig tree Jesus cursed physically dried up (Mark 11 :20) giving you a great calm.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I handover every storm in my life to you. Holy Ghost take over.
