TOPIC: More Keys To Experiencing Divine Preservation
SCRIPTURE: Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish. Psalm 49:12.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: When people don’t understand their heritage in Christ, they become victims of destruction.
Seeds of Destiny 24th December 2020 Devotional Message:
In our previous studies, we saw three keys to experiencing Divine preservation in God. We saw that establishment in righteousness, refusal to fear, and condemnation of voices of accusations are keys to experiencing Divine preservation.
Today, we shall look at two more keys to experiencing Divine preservation.
1. Understand your heritage of Divine preservation
Understand that you are not an easily “wastable” material. Understand that you have a heritage of Divine preservation.
This understanding is very important because a man to whom God has given an honour or a privilege but who does not understand it is like a beast that perishes (Psalms 49:20). People perish when they lack understanding; that is, the understanding of what is theirs. When people don’t understand their heritage in Christ, they become victims of destruction. But that will not be your portion in Jesus’ Name.
Understand that you are not easily “wastable”. Understand that you are not a vegetable. You can only be “wastable” if you are a vegetable. Understand your heritage of Divine preservation in God.
2. Be Committed to Kingdom Service
Divine Preservation is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Be committed to Kingdom service. Serve God in soul winning. Serve God in other capacities in the house of God. Serve God with your resources. Divine preservation is not a heritage of everyone but of the servants of the Lord.
It’s not the heritage of church goers, Amen shouters, bench warmers, etc. but of the servants of the Lord. Until your service to God is confirmed, your safety from Him is not established.
Remember this: When people don’t understand their heritage in Christ, they become victims of destruction.

2. Make up your mind to understand your covenant privileges in God and be committed to fulfilling your covenant conditions in order to enjoy the provisions.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for the privilege of Kingdom service that also guarantees my Divine preservation. I receive the grace to be more committed to serving You, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
