SCRIPTURE: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:19.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No need of man is beyond the supply capacity of God.
Seeds of Destiny 10th August 2026 – SOD MESSAGE
Scripture makes it clear that no need or demand of man is beyond the supply capacity of God. We are dealing with a God who is never lacking in anything. The resources of heaven can never be exhausted, and the capacity of God can never run dry.
Some time ago, one of our officers in church told me of a bill and said he was afraid to submit it to me because of the amount involved. I said to him, “Oh no! Fear nothing. We are serving an inexhaustible God.” If we were looking at the bills, we wouldn’t have started the construction of The Glory Dome Project. If the full scope of the project had been revealed initially, we may not have started.
Beloved, there are things God does not allow you to know on purpose. If Joseph had known the entirety of his journey, he might have been discouraged. He probably would have said, “Lord, even if I dreamt it, may it not come to pass.”
The knowledge of God’s Will is crucial. After the completion of The Glory Dome Project, I realised that nothing, including bills, should evoke fear. We serve a vast and inexhaustible God.
Philippians 4:19 says, But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. It is not according to the money in your bank account, but according to His riches in glory. When you plan according to your pocket, your plan is limited, but when you plan according to His budget, your possibilities become limitless.
Scripture makes it clear in Psalm 24:1 that The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
Ephesians 3:20 corroborates this: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” One can say, “Lord, I’m trusting You for billions of naira for crusades around the world, help orphans and establish factories to empower people and impact my community.” And God says, “This is too small compared to what I want to do for you.”
We are talking about God who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think.
Beloved, do not pity God where the deployment of His ability is concerned. He is not to be pitied. In fact, He wants people who can challenge His ability and put His capacity to the test. Just allow your imagination to travel. Let it grow wings and go as far as you want to imagine. No matter how massive your imagination is, it is still below what God can do.
REMEMBER THIS: No need of man is beyond the supply capacity of God.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Build your confidence in the unlimited supply capacity of God.
2. Trust God beyond your present resources and limitations.
PRAYER: Father, thank You because You are the God of inexhaustible resources. I receive the grace to trust in Your limitless supply and ability. Help me to depend fully on Your riches in glory, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
