Morning Prayer to Start Your Day June 12, 2026 (Hebrews 12:1–2) – A Powerful Prayer for Endurance and Keeping Your Eyes on Jesus
Morning Prayer to Start Your Day 12 June 2026 (Inspired by Hebrews 12:1–2)
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of this new day. As I awaken to Your mercy and grace, I come before You with a heart that desires to follow You faithfully. Thank You for the hope, strength, and purpose You provide through Jesus Christ.
Lord, Your Word in Hebrews 12:1–2 calls me to throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and to run with perseverance the race marked out for me. Today, I ask for Your help in laying aside every burden that keeps me from fully pursuing Your will.
Father, reveal anything in my heart that distracts me from You. Remove every weight of fear, doubt, worry, bitterness, pride, and unbelief. Help me release the things that slow my spiritual growth and hinder my walk with You.
Lord Jesus, I fix my eyes on You today. In a world full of distractions, competing priorities, and endless demands, help me remain focused on Your voice and Your purpose. Let my attention be directed toward Your truth rather than the worries of life.
When challenges arise, remind me that You endured the cross and overcame every obstacle for the joy set before You. Give me the same endurance to remain faithful through trials, setbacks, and disappointments. Strengthen me to keep moving forward even when the path is difficult.
Holy Spirit, empower me to run my race with perseverance. Help me not to compare my journey with others or become discouraged by delays. Teach me to trust Your timing and remain faithful in every season.
Father, when I grow weary, renew my strength. When I feel discouraged, fill me with hope. When I face uncertainty, remind me that You are leading me step by step. Let Your peace guard my heart and Your wisdom guide my decisions.
Today, help me to live intentionally. Let my words honor You, my actions reflect Your love, and my choices align with Your will. May everything I do bring glory to Your name.
Lord, thank You for being the Author and Perfecter of my faith. What You have begun in me, You are faithful to complete. I trust You with my future, my dreams, my challenges, and my journey.
As I step into this day, I do so with confidence—not in my own strength, but in Yours. Help me run faithfully, finish strongly, and keep my eyes fixed on Jesus.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
