Today’s Scripture
God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
Galatians 6:14
The Cross is the central theme of the Bible. Without it you have nothing. But the beauty of the Cross is that it is an open invitation for “whosoever will.” Jesus died on this Cross as a scapegoat, to redeem us of our sins. He took on our filthy rags so that we could be afforded opportunities that only the grace of God can provide. All we have to do is accept this gift, accept His love, accept Him as our Savior.

Once we meet Jesus at the foot of the Cross, our sins are washed away and our name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. There is no symbol or theme more powerful in the life of a Believer than Calvary’s Cross. God loved you so very, very much that He sent His only Son to die in your place.
You are a designer original; don’t live like a cheap knockoff! Make today your best day! Give it your all in everything you say and do. Live a life full of confidence, knowing that the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world is rooting for you every second of every day. Don’t listen to the negative things the world has to offer; keep your eyes focused on the Cross.
