It could be frustrating for Jeremiah to preach and prophecy for 23 years without any visible outcome. The stubborn and disobedient people of Judah rejected his message despite his constant warnings. Notice the results of their rebellion (Jeremiah 25:7-11) and for how long (Jeremiah 25:12a). Jeremiah persevered in ministry despite the oppositions he faced because he was aware of the one who commissioned him for the ministry (Jeremiah 25:3). He also knew that other prophets before him had faced similar situations.
As servants of God, there is need for urgency, accuracy and faithfulness in the transmission of God’s message without alterations, omissions, exaggeration, or polishing (Jeremiah 25:3). How are you communicating or publishing the message of Christ to the world?
When people consistently insist on disobeying God (living their lives as if God does not exist), God sends correctional/judgmental punishment including disasters, mobilization of adversaries who become God’s instrument of vengeance, desolation and servitude (Jeremiah 25:9a; NLT).
God is just and merciful, forgiving iniquity but will in no way acquit the guilty nor punish the innocent. How did God demonstrate this attribute in Jeremiah 25:12b-14? Read Exodus 34:6-7a.
And So
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Almighty (Hebrews 10:31).

•For God’s continuous protection, grace and strength over the RC, TSs and missionaries as they are always on the road.
•For funds to do the work more in the Region.
