Women’s Daily Devotional 5th January 2026 TOPIC: One Step at a Time
BIBLE VERSE: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105
REFLECTION: God rarely reveals the whole journey at once. Instead, He gently lights the next step. And for a woman who longs for clarity, that can feel uncomfortable—but it is also deeply relational. God wants you close enough to Him to take each step together.
If you’ve been longing to see the full picture for this year, take a breath. God is faithful in fragments. He guides through His Word, through inner peace, through wise counsel, and through quiet conviction. He is never late, and He is never careless with your life.
Small steps still matter. Slow progress is still progress. Each step taken with God builds trust, strength, and confidence over time.
Today, you don’t need the entire map. You only need to walk faithfully where the light is.
PRAYER FOR TODAY: Lord, thank You for guiding me step by step. Help me trust You even when I can’t see the whole path ahead. Give me courage to walk with You daily, listening for Your voice and following Your light. I place my future in Your care and take today’s step with faith. Amen.
