Prayer of the Day
Gracious Father,
I thank You for the gift of life and for this beautiful day You have made. Your Word teaches me that if I desire to love life and see good days, I must guard my tongue and keep my lips from deceit. Lord, I ask for Your help today to walk in this truth.
Purify my heart so that my words may flow with grace, truth, and love. Let my tongue be used to bless, to encourage, and to build, and not to wound or destroy. Father, silence every tendency in me to speak words that dishonor You or mislead others.
Lord, I choose to align my speech with Your Word. May my words bring life and not death, hope and not despair. Let my conversations today reflect the heart of Christ and draw others closer to You.
Thank You, Lord, for promising me good days in Your presence. I declare that this day shall be filled with peace, joy, and blessings, as I commit to speaking truth and love with my lips.
