Among the world’s most unpredictable fixed variables, weather fluctuations from hot to cold, rainy to dry and vice versa can occur in mere moments! In the same way, its parallels between the circumstances we face in our lives are abundant. Many Christians make the detrimental mistake of expecting their circumstances to match the level of their joy. They expect peace to be their portion only if the bank account agrees. This is far from true.
According to the Word, it makes no difference the situation you find yourself in, whether it rains or shines, it should never determine your peace or joy. There is a God given tranquillity that can calm the greatest storms around you. Look at the example of our Lord Jesus, He literally slept peacefully during a killer storm! What’s the weather like in your life today? Whatever it is, don’t let it affect your peace!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I do not fear what happens around me. No matter what today’s spiritual weather forecast projects, I do not fear the enemy’s fruitless plans. There shall be peace in my life in Jesus’ Name! Amen.
