Despite the popularity of the verse above, many Christians act as though it is shrouded in mystery when it pertains to actioning it in their day-to-day lives. Imagine that while other religious movements are identified by the way they dress or style their hair, God chose love to be the distinguishing factor for Christianity! As His children, it’s important for us to not only walk in love amongst each other but also towards those we disagree with, just as Christ extended His love towards us whilst we were yet sinners.
When you move in anger and hatred, you are unintentionally allowing the enemy room to operate in your life. Refuse to be bitter or hateful, no matter how others treated you in the past or even your present. Make yourself right with God by extending love to even the most unlovable people and see every area of your life begin to flourish.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am walking in love. I show my love for others through the way I conduct myself in all aspect and conversation. The enemy can’t stand love, so I use it today! Amen.
