Prayer for Today:
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for Your heart that longs to gather and protect us. Like a mother hen with her chicks, You reach out with tender care—even when we’ve turned away or resisted You.
Lord, today I want to be willing.
Willing to come under Your wings.
Willing to trust Your love.
Willing to follow Your voice, even when it’s hard.
Forgive me for the times I’ve run from You or ignored Your invitation. Thank You for still reaching for me.
In a world full of noise, distraction, and danger, draw me near. Cover me in Your mercy. Calm my anxious heart and remind me that I am always welcome in Your presence.
Help me reflect Your patient love to others today. Let my words be gentle, my actions kind, and my heart open—just like Yours is for me.
