Blessed is the person who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stand in the path of sinners,
Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
But his delight is in the Law of the Lord,
And on His Law he meditates day and night.
He will be like a tree planted by streams of water,
Which yields its fruit in its season,
And its leaf does not wither;
And in whatever he does, he prospers.
Prayer of the Day:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of Your Word, which gives life, direction, and strength. Today, I ask for the grace to walk in the path of righteousness—not influenced by the noise and negativity of the world, but guided by Your truth.
Help me to delight in Your Word and meditate on it day and night. Plant me like a tree beside Your living water—steadfast, nourished, and fruitful in every season. May my roots go deep in You, so that I remain strong when trials come.
Keep my heart from straying to the advice of the wicked or the patterns of the world. Let my joy be found in pleasing You, and may all that I do be grounded in Your purpose. Prosper the work of my hands according to Your will, and let my life reflect Your goodness.
