TOPIC: Dunamis Power
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or imagine, according to the power that works in us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. – Ephesians 3:20
God’s power is working and being generated right now in you. When you lay down at night, the Spirit of God is ministering to you, the holy angels are ministering to you, and you have overwhelming peace.

Dunamis is a Greek word that means power. It supplies its own power. Its exhaust creates energy that it then burns. That means it can never be depleted.
I found out something else about this power. Dunamis means the working out of power. The most accurate translation is it is the weapon of power. The cross is the weapon of God’s power.
What is that weapon? What is so mighty about that mean, ugly, angry, biting beam that would make it God’s power? The cross is the instrument, the weapon of His power: power to save, power to heal, power to deliver.
Thank You for Your cross, Lord, for it is the power of my salvation.
