[11]Zedekiah was one and twenty years old when he began to reign, and reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.
[12]And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD his God, and humbled not himself before Jeremiah the prophet speaking from the mouth of the LORD.
[13]And he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God: but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his heart from turning unto the LORD God of Israel.
Open Heaven For Teens 28 June 2024 – MESSAGE
One of the blessings of God that is evident in the Bible is good health. Every child of God has a ready-made provision to live in good health all the days of their lives. Isaiah 53:5 says that we were healed by His stripes. Today’s memory verse also confirms God’s intention about your health. Therefore, I decree into your life, you will live in good health all the days of your life, in Jesus’ name.
God never reneges on His promises; hence, if you are not in good health, you should check yourself. For instance, some people eat too much, whereas the Bible warns against this. Some people also eat excess sugar and attract some kinds of diseases.
Beloved, for you to enjoy the good health that God promised His children, you must be intentional about what you eat and drink. You must have a nutrition and exercise plan, rest and sleep at the right time, and do away with sinful habits. When you do these, you will be healthy all the days of your life.

Replace junk food with fruits and vegetables in your diet.
