TOPIC: ROYAL TREATMENT
FOCUS SCRIPTURE: “The king also said unto them, Take with you the servants of your lord, and cause Solomon my son to ride upon mine own mule, and bring him down to Gihon:” (1 Kings 1: 33)
MESSAGE: In our Focal Scripture, David instructed that Solomon should ride on his mule and be taken to Gihon where he would be anointed as king. A mule is a hybrid offspring of a male donkey and female horse. In bible times, mules were mostly used by royals. So in the process that took Solomon to the throne, there was a royal treatment. Royalty was the portion of Solomon in the process even before he arrived at his result.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: royalty shall be your portion in your process. Royalty will be your portion as you journey to the top. You will get a royal treatment in the processes you have enlisted for. You will be treated like a king when you show up. Strangers will give you the royal treatment. Kings will minister to you. You will not be treated as a commoner like others. You will receive preferential, dignified treatment in your processes.
In every area of your life, I decree, the royal treatment awaits you. As you enter into strange lands, you will be treated as a king. As you show up to take new opportunities, you will be treated as a king. You will get special privileges you did not plan for. You will receive help that is meant for kings. What is reserved for kings shall be given to you. The treatment that is meant for the mighty shall be extended to you.
Notice that Solomon did not ask to ride on the king’s mule. It was a privilege freely given to him by David. He did not ask to be treated like a king. He only saw himself, without solicitation, being treated as a king. Hear me as I hear the Lord: you may not ask for it, but men will freely give you the king’s treatment. You may not push for it, but royal treatments will be your portion. You may not ask for it, but the portion of kings will be given to you.
Welcome to the new season of your royal treatment. Welcome to that season where the portion of kings will be freely given to you even when you have not asked for it.
Isaiah 60: 10 says: “And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.”
DECLARATION: I shall receive a royal treatment; the portion of kings shall be given to me, in Jesus’ name!
