FIRE SCRIPTURE
Ezekiel 37:1-10

1 The Lord’s power came on me. The Spirit of the Lord carried me out of the city and put me down in the middle of the valley. The valley was full of dead men’s bones. 2 There were many bones lying on the ground in the valley. The Lord made me walk all around among the bones. I saw the bones were very dry.

3 Then the Lord said to me, “Son of man, can these bones come to life?”
I answered, “Lord God, only you know the answer to that question.”
4 Then he said to me, “Speak to these bones for me. Tell them, ‘Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord! 5 This is what the Lord God says to you: I will cause breath to come into you, and you will come to life! 6 I will put sinew and muscles on you, and I will cover you with skin. Then I will put breath in you, and you will come back to life! Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

7 So I spoke to the bones for the Lord, as he said. I was still speaking, when I heard the loud noise. The bones began to rattle, and bone joined together with bone! 8 There before my eyes, I saw sinew and muscles begin to cover the bones. Skin began to cover them, but there was no breath in them.

9 Then the Lord said to me, “Speak to the wind for me. Son of man, speak to the wind for me. Tell the wind that this is what the Lord God says: ‘Wind, come from every direction and breathe air into these dead bodies! Breathe into them and they will come to life again!’”

10 So I spoke to the wind for the Lord, as he said, and the breath came into the dead bodies. They came to life and stood up. There were many men—a very large army!

MFM Daily Devotional 26th February 2023 MESSAGE

The greatest power that the omnipotent God has manifested among mankind is the power of resurrection. I pray that God will bring that amazing power to bear in your life and situation today, in the Name of Jesus.

This power raised Christ from the dead and is available today to raise to life the dry bones or all things that are dead in your life and destiny.

Prophet Ezekiel would not have imagined a turnaround in the situation of the dry bones that were before him, but our God is a God of possibilities. Is there anything too hard for Him to do? (Genesis 18:14). It was not until Ezekiel listened to God and spoke to the dry bones in the valley that the dry bones became human. Even after that, things were still not perfect. But we know our God is a perfect God. He then told Ezekiel to command the wind to come upon the people, and they became a large living army. These things that might have seemed impossible became possible instantly, because our God is limitless and everything He does is perfect.

There might be situations in your life that look like the dry bones that Ezekiel first saw in the valley. Such situations may look or seem hopeless and it looks as if God is not there for you. But I want you to know that there is nothing God cannot change.

For your dry bones to rise or for the change you want in your life to happen, you have to take that bold step of faith and give your life to Jesus. You have to be on fire for God. Let God see and know that you are His child and that you love to fellowship with Him. You have to keep yourself holy, because God is holy and those that worship Him should do so in Spirit and in truth.

When you do all these, you will experience the resurrection power of God at work in your life, in your finances, in your marriage, and in anything that concerns you. Your life will become a bigger bundle of testimonies and the enemy will never have a say in your life anymore.

MORNING
1. Every dry bone in my life, rise up by fire, in the Name of Jesus.
2. O Lord, kill every power causing destruction in my life, in the Name of Jesus.
3. Thank you, Lord, for Your faithfulness in my life, in the Name of Jesus.

EVENING
4. O Lord, by Your mercy, let Your resurrection power flow into my life, in the Name of Jesus.
5. Dry bones in my life, hear the Word of the Lord, receive the resurrection power of God, in the Name of Jesus.
6. I shall not die but live to declare the works of God, in the Name of Jesus.
7. Let the power of God surround and envelop my life, in the Name of Jesus.
