Rhema For Living 15th January 2023 MESSAGE

No man was created with a wrong character, everything God created was very good including man. Adam and Eve were practically living as the children of God until the serpent stepped in and corrupted Eve who eventually influenced Adam and they disobeyed God. What we associate with gradually influences us and eventually becomes our character. Whoever keeps company with Dathan, Korah, and Abiram ends up becoming rebellious to any form of leadership over him.

The two hundred and fifty princes that gathered with Datham, Korah, and Abiram ended up becoming victims because they associated with people of such wrong character and eventually became like them. There must have been other princes of the assembly who did not buy their ideas and didn’t associate with them.

Who and what we associate with in words, sight and actions eventually influenced and make up our nature.

Several vices by youths today are as a result of what they associate with especially on social media. There is no macho-man anywhere when it comes to association. That is why the Bible counsels, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” James 4 :7.

Whatever does not agree with the word of God for your life should not be your company. In other words, whatever corrupts your godly nature is an enemy of your destiny. Whatever should take your time is what propels you to your glorious destiny.

I pray for you, you will not jeopardize God’s plan for your life by wrong character.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, help me to exhibit good character that agrees with my destiny.
