Scripture: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6, 7, NKJV).

Message: Succumbing to stress and anxiety gets us nowhere; it simply destroys the peaceful quality of life God wants us to enjoy. Prayer and giving thanks for what God has done for us through Jesus Christ has the supernatural ability to bring us back to our place of peace.
