Rhema For Living 16th June 2022 Devotional MESSAGE
I often wonder when kingdom children bring themselves to operate and reason as if they are like every other person. You see a believer saying poor masses like us, we the ordinary people, poor people like us etc.
What are you saying? Don’t let situation define you. John 18 :36; says, “Jesus answered, My Kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom we’re of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence”.
We are ambassadors here. We are on assignment, just like foreigners in a country, what happens in the country where they are staying as ambassadors of their country like wars, crises, famine, terrorism, does not affect them because they are citizens of another country, operating by different laws. And our own kingdom is of a better reign because we are in charge wherever we are that is why Matthew 5 :14; says, “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid”.
We cannot be hidden, wherever we are, we are the light. There was famine in the land, but God told Isaac to sow in the land, he became so great and the Philistines envied him, Genesis 26 :1 – 2.
That is our life where others are failing, we succeed because we reign from above with the economy of heaven which is according to the endless riches f His glory by Christ Jesus Phil. 4 :9.
That is why Job 22 :29; says, “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person”.
We shine our shine despite what is happening around us because the glory of the Lord is risen over us.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, Lord, I take over whenever I am. You are the reason for my shinning…
