Read vs.20‐25 and find out what God created on the fifth day and the first part of the sixth day. Now read vs.26‐27 and note carefully the manner in which God chose to create man and what His purpose was in making him.
Man has the image and likeness of God. Notice God’s command to man (v.28). These scriptural truths should make us, (a) Respect all humans since they have God’s image in them; (b) Know that God has made full provision for humans living on this earth; (c) Know that God loves humans and has designated us to take care of the other creatures He has made.
“And God saw everything that He had made, and behold it was very good” (v.31). This could mean that His creation was perfectly coordinated and in excellent shape. God rested on the seventh day at the end of His creation (2:2‐3). Do we make time to rest?

› Grace to daily submit our lives in SU as living sacrifices, holy and acceptance to God.
› The spirit of steadfastness and discipline as we work among children, youth and families.
› God’s help as we remain dead to sin and alive in God daily.
PRAY AGAINST:
∷ Walking contrary, thereby giving occasion for sin.
∷ Toying with God’s commandments and conforming to the world’s slandered.
