God Will Guide Me

Proverbs 3:1-6
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. – Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV)
As a single mother juggling full-time employment and student life, the weight of uncertainty often feels heavy upon my shoulders. Countless times I’ve grappled with the question, What direction does God want me to go? Then hesitation grips my heart, followed by waves of anxiety. I’ve wondered, How can I possibly discern God’s voice amidst the chaos of my busy life?
However, when I surrender my fears and uncertainties to the Lord, I experience a profound sense of peace. Through prayer, meditating on scripture, and a willingness to obey, I’ve discovered that God’s voice speaks loudest in the stillness of trust. Despite ongoing challenges and constant changes in direction, I’ve learned to rest in the assurance that God is leading me. God’s promise to direct my path brings me comfort and strength.
No matter the obstacles that may come my way, I am confident that God’s faithfulness will see me through. I trust that God will guide me toward God’s perfect will.
