Topic: Unseen Opposition
Focus Scripture: “3. Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: 4. Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.” (Mark 5: 3-4)
Streams of Joy Devotional 13 June 2021 Message:
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the man with unclean spirits was often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains and fetters ended up being broken. In subsequent verses, Jesus had a conversation with the unclean spirits, and they identified themselves as a legion. So it was not just one man that broke the chains and fetters; it was a legion that broke it. Men made efforts, but a legion of demons broke the efforts. Physical efforts of men were destroyed by spiritual entities.
Friend, are you at that point where your physical efforts are being torn apart in a manner that defies human understanding? Then know that a spiritual entity is behind it. There could be spiritual entities behind the decline in your health, career, business, finances, etc. The powers of hell could be involved in the unexplainable reduction in your fortunes; some altars could be speaking against the success you have been struggling to achieve.
Every power of hell behind your decline, let the fire of God destroy it now. Let the fire of God consume every satanic conspiracy against your advancement. Let the fire of God destroy every chain limiting your growth and destiny expression. Let the power of God cut short every attack against your fruitfulness. Let the power of God consume every plot to stagnate your destiny. Let the fire of God consume the satanic opposition against you.
Jesus showed up, and the same thing that had become difficult in time past was achieved with ease. Jesus showed up, and the same powers of hell that resisted previous efforts could not resist Him. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every power of hell that resisted you before will bow to you. Things that were once difficult will be easy. The things you could not achieve on account of spiritual opposition, you will achieve it in this new season.
No longer shall the powers of hell make a mess of your efforts. You will no longer be stopped by whatever stopped you in the past.
Matthew 13:28 says: “He said unto them, An enemy hath done this…”
Declare With Me: No power of hell will destroy my efforts, in Jesus’ name!
