Streams of Joy Daily Devotional 30th January 2026, Friday Devotional Message
TOPIC: Divinely Restored
FOCUS VERSE: “And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.” (Mark 3: 5)
TODAY’S MESSAGE
In our Focal Scripture, as the man with the withered hand stretched forth his hand, it was restored whole as the other. That hand had been withered and unable to move. That hand had been in a state of atrophy. That man had lost the ability to use his hand; but upon Jesus’ intervention, the same hand that was paralyzed was restored whole. Jesus intervened, and the functionality of that paralyzed hand was restored.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: in this new year, get ready for a restoration of whatever was not working in time past. Get ready for a restoration of whatever the enemy stole from you. Get ready for the restoration of the gifts of God on your life that had become dormant. Get ready for the restoration of capacity that you once had but lost. Get ready for the restoration of the grace and favour you lost.
Hear me as I hear the Lord: this is the season of your restoration. Whatever the enemy messed up in your life in time past is about to be restored. Your good news will be restored. Your lost opportunities will be restored. Your lost grounds will be restored. Your lost access will be restored. Your lost results and rewards will be restored. Life will be restored to the dead places of your life. God is causing life to return to whatever is paralyzed.
Jesus restored the withered hand as the other hand. He brought back the withered hand to operate at the same level as the one that was never withered. It was not partial restoration; it was full restoration that brought back what was lost, at the maximum level. Hear me as I hear the Lord: God is about to grant you that restoration that will bring everything back to where it ought to be. God is about to bring you full restoration.
Welcome to your new season of restoration. Welcome to your new season where life will return to the dead places of your life.
Joel 2: 25 says: “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.”
