TOPIC: MISPLACED PRIORITY

Prov.18:15 -An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.
Wisdom is not common sense; it is a very costly sense. Benjamin Franklin; one of the founding fathers of the United State of America, read his way to greatness. He did not wish for greatness; he worked himself into greatness. He had only 2years formal education but he founded a university which is still relevant up till date. When you are sold out to an undying quest for knowledge, you will earn your place in history.

1 Cor. 12:8 -For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

You cannot talk of wisdom without mentioning knowledge. Wisdom is the principal raw material for the making of leaders and knowledge is the raw material for the making of wisdom. Therefore, leaders are made of applied knowledge.

Knowledge is not doing what you think; knowledge is doing what you have discovered to be right and it takes a lot of energy to do so. If anything can come out of Benjamin Franklin, then there is something inside of you; you just have to order your priority.

Students don’t fail just because they are not intelligent; most times, students fail in school because they have wrong priorities. They are in club when they ought to be in the Library studying. Wrong priority erodes one’s capacity to learn. Therefore, when a man misplaces his priority in his quest for leadership, he fails to become a leader; knowledge is key.

Eccl.7:12 -For the protection of wisdom is like the protection of money, and the advantage of knowledge is that wisdom preserves the life of him who has it.

Col.2:3 -In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
If you truly have a quest for spiritual growth, then go for spiritual resources. If you have a quest for business breakthroughs, go for materials that will help you to actualize it. If you are not a committed reader, you will never emerge a leader. Therefore, reorder your priority if you want to experience greatness.

God bless you!.
