In addition to our anchor text, revelation 1 :11; states the declaration of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, “I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last…” If therefore you began the year with Jesus thanking Him for the greatest of all gift, which is life which he generously that you also end the year with Him thanking Him, the Omega for preserving your life to see the end of the year
At the beginning of the year, you committed your marriage, family, love ones, business and all of your interest into God’s hand.
Now, it is the end of the year, it is therefore Paramount you appreciate Him from the depth of your soul for His faithfulness and overwhelming love of preservation of His banner over you is love Song of Solo. 2 :4.
With understanding the psalmist declares, “Bless the LORD O my soul and all that is within me, bless his holy name (Psalms 103) and he started mentioning all that the Lord did for him.
With same understanding, open your mouth and begin to thank Him for every single thing you can recall. Thank Him because His mercies made the difference in your life.
As you thank Him, you trigger His overwhelming mercies and faithfulness in carrying you and all that concerns you on eagle’s wings into the year 2023 gloriously.
I see the Almighty God who was, who is and who is to come be glorified in your thanksgiving.
PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I thank you for the year 2022. Thank you for accomplishing your good pleasures in my life and all that concerns me.
