Rhema For Living 1 August 2022 OFM Devotional MESSAGE

God is a god of times and seasons. From time to time, He programs seasons to open up in the lives of His children, which makes it imperative for His children to be sensitive to the mine of the Spirit and embrace the new seasons by doing what is essential for them to do so that they can be living testimonies of the wonders of His hand.

Speaking, in 1 Chronicle 12:32, the scripture says, “And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had the understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred: and all their brethren were at their commandment”. They had insight, considering the times they were in and what they needed to do to maximize their efforts, and eventually became the leader.

Many believers are limited because they lack the knowledge of what God wants them to do to come up to another level. Rather than grope in the dark, a prayer of enquiring asking the Lord what you need to do is highly necessary. When you do exactly what God wants you to do, you hit the target and command His blessings. All through scriptures, no one enquired from God on what to do, and they did not get a response from Him.

David won all 66 battles because he would always enquire from God on what to do.
If only you can seek divine direction, you will enjoy an unusual turnaround this season, for it is a new season.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, help me Lord to maximize this season.
