SCRIPTURE: “And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15).
MESSAGE: When Jesus was preaching and teaching to the crowds, He warned them not to let greed diminish the quality of their lives. A materialistic mindset tricks people into thinking they need material things to be happy, but life is much more than collecting “stuff.”
