Open Heaven For Teens 8 April 2026 TOPIC: You Are Not Alone
MEMORISE
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
Isaiah 41:10
SCRIPTURE READING
Psalm 23:1-6
1 The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not [a]want.
2 He makes me to lie down in [b]green pastures;
He leads me beside the [c]still waters.
3 He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will [d]dwell in the house of the Lord
[e]Forever.
Open Heaven For Teens 8 April 2026 | MESSAGE
There are days when you may feel like no one truly understands you. Perhaps you’ve felt unloved by members of your family, some of your classmates, or even some members of your church. I want you to know that God sees you. He walks with you through every valley, and His presence is your greatest comfort.
Are you struggling academically, and some of your classmates make fun of you? Do not be discouraged; instead, be confident that God is working something great in your life. If you feel bad about your performance in a subject, don’t let it weigh you down. Ask God for wisdom, and seek help from someone who is very knowledgeable in the subject.
My dear child, there may even be moments when, despite having many friends, you still feel a sense of loneliness. At such times, simply whisper the name ‘Jesus’, and ask Him to fill your heart with His love afresh. The love of Jesus is your safe place, run to it, rest in it, and be assured that you are never alone.
PRAYER POINT
Father, please surround me with Your presence and fill my heart with Your peace.
BIBLE IN A YEAR
Mark 12:28-44 Deuteronomy 8-10
HYMN: Blessed Assurance
1 Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!
O, what a foretaste of glory divine!
Heir of salvation, purchase of God,
born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.
Refrain:
This is my story, this is my song,
praising my Savior all the day long;
this is my story, this is my song,
praising my Savior all the day long.
2 Perfect submission, perfect delight,
visions of rapture now burst on my sight;
angels descending, bring from above
echoes of mercy, whispers of love. [Refrain]
3 Perfect submission, all is at rest,
I in my Savior am happy and blest;
watching and waiting, looking above,
filled with His goodness, lost in His love. [Refrain]
