Jesus the Healer

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: Ezekiel 11-12
TEXT: “When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.” Matthew 8 :1 – 3.
One of Greet translation of the word “WILLING” in this story is “to take delight in”. God takes delight in our health, it is the devil that takes delight in our sicknesses, sorrows, pains, suffering. It is the will of God that we are healthy and prosperous in all our life journey, so never you allow the devil to make you think it is part of your destiny to manage that sickness. No! The price has being paid for you to enjoy perfect health.
Jesus showed His willingness to take away the pains, agony, sorrows, isolation and shame this leprous man was going through and that He did in words and in action.
HE is willing to make you whole today in any area of your life that you desire healing. He is the wholesome healer. All you need to do is to worship Him as this man did and tell HIM what you want HIM to do for you and so you shall have it. Matthew 7 :7; says, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.” The woman of Canaan in Matthew 15; who came to Jesus for healing for her daughter who was grievously vexed with a devil understood worshipped. Despite Jesus said he was not sent for them, she came and worshipped him saying, Lord, help me, and she eventually got her heart desire.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! Thank you for your willingness to make me whole; from the crown of my head to the soul of my feet, make me whole Lord.
