Morning Prayer to Start Your Day 22 July 2026 (Inspired by Job 37:14, 23)
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of this new morning and for the blessing of another day to experience Your goodness. Before I begin today’s work and responsibilities, I choose to pause in Your presence and remember who You are.
Your Word in Job 37:14 says, “Listen to this, Job; stop and consider God’s wonders.” And in Job 37:23, Your Word reminds me, “The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in His justice and great righteousness, He does not oppress.” Lord, today I stop to consider Your greatness. You are the Almighty God—perfect in wisdom, limitless in power, and unfailing in righteousness.
Father, forgive me for the times I become so busy that I fail to notice Your hand at work around me. Open my eyes to see the wonders of Your creation, the beauty of Your faithfulness, and the evidence of Your grace in both the ordinary and extraordinary moments of life.
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that Your understanding is far greater than mine. When I cannot make sense of my circumstances, help me trust Your wisdom. When answers seem delayed, remind me that Your timing is perfect. Teach me to walk by faith, believing that You are always working for my good and for Your glory.
Holy Spirit, fill my heart with reverence and awe for God. Remove every trace of pride, self-reliance, and fear. Replace them with humility, confidence, and a deep trust in the One who rules over heaven and earth. Let me live today with the awareness that the Almighty walks beside me.
Father, guide my decisions with Your wisdom. Direct my thoughts, my conversations, and the work of my hands. Help me to choose what is right, to speak with kindness, and to act with integrity in every situation I face.
When I encounter challenges today, remind me that nothing is impossible for You. You hold the universe together by Your power, and You hold my life securely in Your hands. Because You are just and righteous, I know I can trust every decision You make concerning my life.
Lord, teach me to slow down and listen for Your voice. In the busyness of this day, help me make time to pray, meditate on Your Word, and recognize the quiet ways You are leading me. Let my heart remain sensitive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
May my life today reflect worship, gratitude, and unwavering faith. Let those around me see not only my words but also my confidence in the greatness and goodness of God.
Thank You for being the Almighty—great in power, perfect in justice, and rich in mercy. Thank You for leading me, sustaining me, and surrounding me with Your unfailing love.
I surrender this day into Your capable hands, trusting You with every step, every challenge, and every opportunity.
