Good morning, beloved! Today, we lift our eyes toward eternity. Every day that passes brings us one step closer to the glorious return of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is not a truth to fear, but one to anchor our hope in. This morning, let’s live with expectancy — walking in readiness, holiness, and confidence, knowing that Jesus is coming again, and every eye will see Him.
Powerful Morning Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this new day and for the sure promise of Christ’s return. Lord, Your word declares that He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him, and all peoples on earth will mourn because of Him.
Father, let this truth shape how I live today. Help me to walk in readiness, holiness, and expectancy, knowing that my time on earth is not endless, but purposeful and moving toward Your appointed return.
Lord, remove complacency from my heart. Let me not grow careless or distracted by the cares of this world, but stay watchful, faithful, and fruitful until You come. Let my life be found ready, not ashamed, at Your appearing.
Father, give me boldness to share the hope of Christ’s return with others, so that they too may prepare their hearts and not be caught unaware. Let urgency and compassion fill my witness today.
Lord, comfort me with the assurance that though the world may groan and mourn, for those who belong to You, Your return is not dread but glorious hope. Let me live today anchored in that hope.
I bind every spirit of complacency, distraction, and fear in the name of Jesus. I loose the spirit of readiness, expectancy, and holy living over my life today.
Thank You, Father, for the promise that Jesus is coming again. Let me live today watchful and faithful, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
