Heavenly Father,

Lord, renew my strength today. When I feel weak, lift me up. When I grow tired, breathe fresh energy into my spirit. Help me to run with endurance and not give up, even when the journey feels long.
Teach me to fix my eyes on You, Jesus—the source of my faith and the finisher of my race. Let my focus remain steady, my heart remain strong, and my spirit remain anchored in Your promises.
Father, help me not only to run but to soar. Lift me above discouragement, doubt, and limitation. Empower me to walk without fainting and to move forward with confidence and grace.
