𝕄𝔼𝕄𝕆ℝ𝕐 𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕊𝔼:
Psalms 60:11-12 – “Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.”
𝕄𝕆𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:
When the Lord is for you and with you, no power can overcome you.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.
MFM DAILY DEVOTIONAL 23 AUGUST 2024 MESSAGE:
God loves His children and would not want any evil to befall them. He guards them so jealousy that whoever touches them incurs His wrath. As children of God, we are the apple of His eyes. Who then can poke his hands into God’s eyes and not be visited with His displeasure. This has been the story of the Israelites who through the Bible are seen as the covenant children of God. Whenever they are confronted by their enemies or any kind of challenge at all, the Lord God Almighty, who has been their Pillar of fire through the wilderness to the Promised Land, will always arise and help them.
As a Christian, it is your birthright to enjoy the same privilege because of Jesus Christ, through whom we have been redeemed and reconciled to God, and we have become joint heirs with Him.
Paul wrote, “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; that at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: but now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.” (Ephesians 2:11- 13).
What a divine privilege to be called God’s own! You must surrender your life to Jesus and become a child of God, if you are not, so that you can be a partaker of this privilege.
The Psalmist is one person that reverence God and appreciates His power to protect, defend and uphold His children. Also, he has been a classical example of someone who has experienced the blessings that are attached to God being with you. Therefore in this Psalm, he exclaimed the great deliverance that comes from the presence and power of God in a person’s life: “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say.”
The enemies attempts were frustrated, their snare got broken and the beloved of God was able to escape. This is victory made possible by the power of God!

1. I thank You, Father, for giving me great deliverance, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, I thank You for frustrating the efforts of the enemy over my life, in the name of Jesus.
3. O Lord, continue to be my Help and Shield from all attacks of the enemies, in the name of Jesus.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. By the power of God, I escape from every snare of the wicked, in the name of Jesus.
5. O God, arise and frustrate the weapons of the fowler assigned against me, in the name of Jesus.
6. Let the trap set for me catch the owners, in the name of Jesus.
7. O Lord, continue to fight for me and I shall keep my peace, in the name of Jesus.
