Prayer is the key to family peace and prosperity.

MFM DAILY DEVOTIONAL 14 JUNE 2024 MESSAGE
It is often said that the spiritual controls the physical. Before things manifest physically, they have been decided already in the spiritual realm, whether negative or positive. You need to take certain spiritual steps to undo the bad ones and to call forth the good ones.
1 Corinthians 2:14-16 says, “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.”
One of the spiritual steps that you can take to bring peace and progress into your family is prayer. Venerable Patrick Peyton said, “The family that prays together stays together and a world at prayer is a world at peace.” Praying together helps keep a family united. A family that prays together will experience peace, unity and progress.
Psalm 133: 1-3 says, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.”
A family that prays together will have the fear of God and obey His commandments. There is no family problem that cannot be solved through prayer. Prayer will reveal deep things that were not previously known. Prayer will give direction on what to do in any given situation. There is always divine intervention for a family that prays, even when members travel far away from one another.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
1. Let the spirit of prayer overshadow my family, in the name of Jesus.
2. Every enemy of prayer assigned against my family, die, in the name of Jesus.
3. Every spirit of slumber operating in my family, die, in the name of Jesus.
𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
4. O Lord, make us Your battle axe in my family, in the name of Jesus.
5. Every enemy of the word of God in my family, die, in the name of Jesus.
6. Power to pray to breakthrough in my family, fall upon us, in the name of Jesus.
7. O Lord, baptize us afresh with Your fire, in the name of Jesus.
