Joel Osteen Daily Devotional 27 June 2026 (Saturday) Message. Today’s Word With Joel & Victoria Osteen.
Joel Osteen Daily Devotional 27 June 2026 TOPIC: Your Source of Sufficiency
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE
I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.
Philippians 4:13, AMP
TODAY’S WORD
We all love it when other people applaud us, approve us, and validate us. The problem is that you can’t depend on people. God didn’t create you to rely on others for your self-worth, your approval, or even your encouragement. If you’re trying to get those things from people, you’re going to live on a roller coaster. Your spouse and your friends can be totally for you and love you more than anything, but only God can give you what you need. Only He can break the chains of insecurity, low self-esteem, and unworthiness that we often feel.
You have to learn to celebrate the person God has made you to be. He says you’re His masterpiece, you’re one of a kind, you’re gifted, valuable, and worthy. Instead of depending upon others to keep you feeling approved, become self-sufficient in what Jesus has done for you. Compliment yourself and celebrate your gifts, talents, and the abilities God has given you. That’s building yourself up. Put your self-worth in God’s hands, know who you are in Christ Jesus, and you’ll have all you need.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
“Father, thank You that I can find my value and worth and approval in You alone. Thank You for the people You’ve placed in my life, but help me not to become dependent upon them. I declare that I have Your approval and love, and that’s all I need. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
