PRAYER OF THE DAY:
Everlasting King,
I thank You for this new day and for the assurance that You delight in those who fear You and hope in Your mercy. What a joy to know that my reverence for You brings You pleasure, and that my trust in Your mercy draws me closer to Your heart.
Lord, I humble myself before You today. Teach me to walk in holy fear — not in terror, but in deep reverence and awe of Your majesty. Let my choices, words, and actions reflect my honor for You. May the fear of the Lord guide my steps and keep me from sin.
Father, my hope is anchored in Your mercy, not in my strength or righteousness. Your mercy has carried me through seasons of weakness, and Your grace has covered my failures. Continue to show me the depth of Your compassion, that I may extend mercy to others as You have shown it to me.
Lord, take pleasure in my life today. Let my heart be a place of worship, my words an offering, and my thoughts a reflection of Your goodness. Help me to live in a way that brings You joy and glory.
When I am tempted to fear what lies ahead, remind me that my confidence is not in circumstances but in Your unfailing mercy. You are my refuge, my portion, and my strength forever.
Holy Spirit, fill me with godly fear that produces wisdom, purity, and humility. Let my reverence for God open doors to divine favor and understanding.
Father, I put my full trust in Your mercy today — in Your power to forgive, restore, and elevate. Even when I fall short, Your love never changes. Help me to always return to You with a heart full of repentance and faith.
Lord, take delight in me today as I delight in You. Let Your pleasure rest upon my home, my work, and my worship. May I walk under the covering of Your mercy and the beauty of Your favor.
Thank You for loving me, for taking pleasure in me, and for calling me Your own. I will trust in Your mercy all the days of my life.
