PRAYER OF THE DAY:
My Gracious King,
Thank You for reminding me through Your Word that this world is passing away, but Your kingdom is eternal. Today, I lift my heart to You in surrender, asking that You help me live with eternity in view. Let the reality of the Lord’s coming shape my choices, my character, and my conduct.
Lord, awaken my spirit from every form of spiritual sleep. Keep me alert, watchful, and steadfast in my walk with You. May I not be distracted by the fading things of this world, but remain focused on what truly matters—loving You, obeying You, and living in holiness.
Father, refine me by Your Spirit. Cleanse my thoughts, purify my desires, and align my priorities with Heaven. Let everything in my life reflect godliness, righteousness, and the fear of the Lord.
Lord Jesus, help me to live every moment with the awareness that You could come at any time. Let that awareness fuel my passion for holiness, deepen my reverence for Your Word, and strengthen my commitment to obedience.
Father, remove from me every attitude and lifestyle that does not honor You. Break the power of compromise, complacency, and worldliness. Fill me with a burning hunger to please You in all things.
Holy Spirit, empower me to walk uprightly in a world filled with corruption. Let my life be a testimony of Your grace—a life that shines, a life that witnesses, a life that glorifies Christ.
Lord, teach me to number my days and use them wisely. Let my conversations be holy, my actions be pure, and my heart be steadfast. Let integrity, humility, and love flow from me daily.
Father, help me to pursue what draws me closer to You and abandon what pulls me away. Prepare me for the coming of the Lord as a faithful servant, found in obedience, faith, and holiness when You return.
Today, I choose to walk in godliness. I choose righteousness over convenience, purity over compromise, and holiness over worldly pleasures. May my life stand as a witness that I belong to You.
