🙏 Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the gift of a new day and the breath of life that comes from You alone. As I rise this morning, I humble my heart before Your throne of mercy. Your Word reminds me that You resist the proud but pour out abundant grace on the humble. Lord, let me be clothed with humility today.
Strip away every garment of pride, self-reliance, and arrogance from my life. Teach me to honor others, to walk in gentleness of spirit, and to serve with a willing heart. May I find strength not in exalting myself, but in bowing before You in total surrender.
Father, I ask that You crown me with the grace that comes through humility. Let Your favor open doors where strength cannot. Let Your mercy speak where qualifications fall short. Let Your hand lift me in due season as I stay low at Your feet.
Today, I reject the spirit of pride that brings destruction, and I embrace the spirit of humility that draws me closer to Your presence. Lord, clothe me in humility like a garment, so that in my thoughts, words, and actions, Christ may be seen in me.
I declare that this day will be filled with grace, peace, and divine elevation, because I choose the path of humility. Thank You, Father, for hearing me.
