Daily Fountain Devotional 22 April 2022 MESSAGE
Our scripture passage today goes on to express the affections shared by the two lovers who cherished the times spent together. They desired to be with each other. This typically exemplifies the type of friendship we are expected to enjoy with Jesus.
His desires are always towards us and when our own desires meet with His, our appetite for the world and its glories will die, and we can thenceforth, live in the new creation realities.
PRAYER: O Lord my God, there is no doubt your desires are toward me, help me to see nothing else in this world except you. Help me to also see everything through your own eyes, Amen!
