Bible Verse of the Day 4th October 2022 MESSAGE

When the Church was born in the upper room, the power of the Holy Spirit breathed into us the ability to bring the kingdom of heaven to earth.

We have the power to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. We have the power to cast out demons. We possess the power of the Name above every other name!

Until we put our faith to work through obedience to God’s Word, we will not tap into this power. Many churches read the holy Scriptures as part of their tradition, but they do not believe that they are His God-breathed words to us. They claim the Bible as an historical document. They do not believe in a God Who is the same yesterday, today, and forever – Who still heals and deals in signs and wonders.

It is time for us to be saturated in the power of the Holy Spirit and be obedient to His Word. The Church of the Living God must behave like we believe! That Church will experience signs and wonders. That Church will see the lost forsake their sin and come to the Cross of Christ. That Church will witness captives set free, marriages mended, and addictions broken. That Church will welcome prodigals home and see broken hearts filled with hope. May that Church arise!

PRAY: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. May you be filled with Holy Spirit boldness to put into practice the truths that you believe! Arise and act!
