Bible Verse of the Day 31 October 2022 MESSAGE
The Book of Genesis 1:26 makes it clear that God created us to have dominion on earth. The Will of God for His children is existence in dominion through excellence and distinction.
Now, what does it mean to exist in excellence and distinction?
Existence in distinction or excellence is existence as a pace setter, a road pointer, a standard bearer or an opinion leader.
Beloved, if God says, you are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14), it means you are a road pointer or a direction giver. This is true because light points the road and gives direction.
Existence in distinction or excellence is existence as a generational direction giver. God wants to bring you to a point where people know what to do as they see what you do. God wants to bring you to a point where you become a standard of measurement for people. When people look at you, they would say, ‘Lord, make me like that man; he is serving You with integrity and he is living in abundant prosperity. I need that balance.
Beloved, I decree that in a short time to come, your results will bring multitudes of people to God. You will not only preach to people with your mouth; they would also look at what God has done in your life and follow you to church; they would look at your results, your organization, your infrastructure, your impact and follow you to know your God. They will follow your steps because you are a city set on a hill, that cannot be hidden (Matthew 5:14).

Lord, help me to represent You on earth. I receive the grace to be a pacesetter in my generation, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
