And it was the cause of great thanksgiving to God by those who gave and those who received. And many who only heard of what happened would also give thanks to God and glorify his name for this.
Prayer For Today: Let us not, Lord, take giving to Your ministry and to Your people in need lightly. Let us not think it mundane and of merely carnal value. We know that giving is an opportunity to grow in grace, to show others Your love, and to see great thanksgiving arise to You out of truly thankful hearts.
