Bible Verse for Today:  O LORD, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing. Jeremiah 10:24

Inspirational Message: God is so great that if His anger were against you … well, you might be turned to nothing. We still need correction though, so the writer of this Psalm prayed that God would correct him, but not in His anger. Thankfully God is also gracious and loving. We should certainly be willing and ready to be corrected by the Lord.

Prayer For Today: Lord, You make sure to keep me growing and maturing in my relationship with You. Thank You for that. Please correct me so I continue to grow in You and do not stray. Have mercy on me when I need correction. Please hold back Your anger. You are too mighty and awe worthy, I could not handle Your anger. Thank You for Your correction and grace. Let me always receive them. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
