Bedtime Prayer – July 27, 2026, Monday | Casting Cares on God
Lay down your burdens; God is strong enough to carry them.
BIBLE VERSE: 1 Peter 5:7 KJV — Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
MESSAGE: Life often feels heavy, especially at night when silence magnifies our worries. This verse reminds us that God’s care is not distant or abstract—it is personal and present. To cast your cares means to deliberately place them into His hands, refusing to let them weigh you down. Tonight, think of each worry as a stone in your pocket. One by one, take them out and hand them to God. He does not grow weary of your concerns; His love is wide enough to hold them all. Sleep becomes lighter when you trust that the One who cares for you is already working on your behalf.
BEDTIME PRAYER: Lord, I give You my worries tonight. Thank You for caring for me so deeply. Take the burdens I cannot carry and replace them with Your peace. Watch over me as I sleep and remind me tomorrow that I am never alone. Amen.
