TOPIC: Christ Is Our Peace

SCRIPTURE: Ephesians 2:11-15

11 Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh—who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands—

12 that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.

13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,

15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,

TODAY’S MESSAGE: Today, many nations, societies and families are facing various forms of conflicts, crises, discriminations, disunities, and hardships.

Broken marriages, broken relationships, acrimonies, social stigmatisations, political betrayals, economic problems, spiritual/demonic attacks, psychological traumas, unfulfilled dreams, and loneliness have also stolen the peace of many minds, luring them to contemplate suicide.

But the good news (Ephesians 2:11-15) is that Jesus Christ, with His precious blood, has secured an enduring reconciliation, unity and perfect peace for all mankind who truly believe in Him. He knows the social and economic crises, the discriminations and deprivations, the disappointments and frustrations, and the pains and persecutions we are experiencing day. Even your own deep-rooted worries are bare to Him now.

So, let not your heart be troubled. Just trust Jesus and believe that He has washed away your sins with His blood and reconciled you back to God; He has removed all ordinances against your destiny; He is smoothening your relationships and asking you to forgive all who offended you. He stands before you today saying, I am your peace, look onto Me.

PRAYER
Lord Jesus, I believe that You are my peace; please grant me the grace to keep looking onto You in all my situations. Amen
