Devotional Message
Imagine Noah’s situation: stuck inside the ark for months, bobbing on endless floodwaters with no land in sight. The initial flood was over, but the waiting was long, quiet, and uncertain. Yet, Scripture records three transformative words that changed everything: “But God remembered.”
When the Bible says God “remembered” Noah, it doesn’t mean He had forgotten about him. In Scripture, God remembering someone means He is stepping in to act on His covenant promise. The silence was over, the wind began to blow, and the waters started to recede.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You that You are a God who remembers His promises and never abandons His children. On days when the waiting feels long and I feel drifted out at sea, help me anchor my soul in Your faithfulness.
Remind my heart that Your silence is not Your absence. Send Your Holy Spirit like a fresh wind into my life today to calm the waters of anxiety, doubt, and fear. Give me the grace to trust Your timeline and the patience to rest in Your loving care while You work things out for my good.
