Good morning, beloved! Today, God is reassuring us of His goodness to those who wait on Him. In the middle of great sorrow, Jeremiah found a truth that anchored his hope — the Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul that seeks Him. This morning, whatever you’re waiting on, let this truth settle your heart: God’s goodness meets those who wait patiently and seek Him earnestly.
Powerful Morning Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this new day and for the reminder that You are good to those who wait for You. Lord, Your word declares that You are good to the soul who seeks You. This morning, I choose to wait on You, not with anxiety, but with expectant faith.
Father, in the areas where I have grown weary of waiting — for breakthrough, for answers, for direction — renew my strength and my patience. Help me trust that Your goodness is already at work, even when I cannot yet see it.
Lord, teach me to seek You above seeking the answer. Let my waiting draw me closer to You, not further away. Let this season of waiting deepen my relationship with You, rather than becoming a season of frustration.
Father, I trust that You are not withholding good from me, but preparing something good for me. Your timing is not delay; it is preparation. Help me to rest in that truth today.
Lord, let my life be a testimony of Your goodness to those who wait. Let others see my patience and faith, and be encouraged to trust You in their own seasons of waiting.
