Good morning, beloved! Today, God is speaking to us about the joy that follows divine deliverance. In Acts 8, as Philip preached and demonstrated the power of God, evil spirits were cast out, the paralyzed and lame were healed, and the result was great joy throughout the city. This morning, let’s believe God for breakthrough that doesn’t just bring relief, but brings overflowing joy — to us and to those around us.
Powerful Morning Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this new day and for Your power to deliver and heal. Lord, Your word records that evil spirits came out with a shriek, and many paralyzed and lame people were healed, resulting in great joy throughout the city. This morning, I ask for that same demonstration of Your power in my life.
Father, wherever there are oppressive spirits operating in my life — spirits of fear, addiction, sickness, confusion, or torment — I command them to leave in the name of Jesus. I declare freedom over every area that has been bound.
Lord, bring Your healing power into my body, my mind, and my emotions today. Where there has been paralysis — whether physical, emotional, or spiritual — touch me and set me in motion again. Let stagnant areas of my life come alive.
Father, let the result of Your work in my life today be great joy — not just relief, but overflowing gladness that spills out into my home, my workplace, and my community. Let people see the evidence of Your power and be drawn to You.
Lord, use me as a vessel of deliverance and healing to others today. Let my life, my words, and my prayers bring freedom to someone who is bound, and joy to someone who is discouraged.
I bind every spirit of oppression, sickness, and torment in the name of Jesus. I loose the spirit of deliverance, healing, and great joy over my life today.
Thank You, Father, for Your power to deliver and heal. Let this be a day of breakthrough and great joy, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
